This Chardonnay-Viognier Special Selection from Les Jamelles comes from old vines, cultivated in the south of Languedoc. The vines used for this wine are located in the department of Aude, near the town of Limoux. This wine was vinified and partially aged in oak barrels.

Beautiful golden color with green reflections.
Aromas of dried apricot, pineapple, dried banana, highlighted by praline, hazelnut, and notes of vanilla cream.

Round, generous and long in the mouth, it is a perfect balance between freshness and roundness.

This wine will be excellent as a starter. It can also be dinked with scallops, lobsters, or poultry. For dessert, we advise you to taste it with a praline cake.
