Ez a Les Jamelles borászatból érkező Chardonnay-Viognier különleges válogatás Languedoc déli részén művelt, ősi szőlőültetvényekről származik. A borhoz használt szőlő Aude megyében, pontosabban Limoux városához közel honos. Ezt a különleges bort részben tölgyfahordóban érlelték.
